We ship daily at Hemy because we know you want your gear quickly for weekend games or to give as gifts. All packages are sent via Registered Post which will require a signature on delivery.
TRACKING
Once you have placed an order on our online store, you will receive a tracking number with all of your delivery details via email. You should continue to receive updates on the delivery of your parcel throughout its journey.
DELIVERY TIMES
All of our orders are shipped out from our warehouse in the UK. Once your order leaves our warehouse you should receive it within 1-2 business days, depending on your location (UK orders only). If you're still waiting past the expected delivery date, please get in contact with our customer service team via email
