- United Kingdom: We offer shipping to all regions within the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping. USA orders are dispatched from our USA warehouse. All other countries are dispatched from the UK.
2. Shipping Rates

- Orders under £60: £4 with Royal Mail Tracked
- Orders £60 and above: Free

Express Shipping (UK):
- £7 flat rate for all orders with Royal Mail Next Day

Please note: Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and other external factors, such as public holidays.

Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, including details of your order and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through our courier's website.

7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to collect the package, or any other reason deemed to be the customer's responsibility, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
